Immediately they ask for a $50 deposit then charge you $35 for a nail clipping over charging for this service is wrong!

This was our first time meeting Dr. Williams, and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Williams was incredibly patient with our dog, and we’re excited to see how this new medication helps. The entire team genuinely cares about every animal that comes through their doors, and it shows in the compassion and pride they bring to their work. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of our pup!

Brought my green-cheek conure in for nails and feather trim. Tech clipped nails too short with bleeding and informed needed to keep pet for observation until late afternoon. Charged for extra time watching pet which more than doubled cost of service. They made a mistake and then charged me to monitor their pet for their mistake...doesn't seem reasonable. Switched to another provider since this occured.
