Today we brought in our bird Tinkerbell because she has been sneezing. Both the technician and Dr. Fitzsimmons were extremely friendly and thorough. Tinkerbell received the best care and they made sure to keep her calm and comfortable. The office was super clean and welcoming, and the prices were very fair. We were also able to get her nails trimmed here which was super convenient. We are very excited to bring her sister here for her Wellness visit. I HIGHLY recommend this office!

Came in with my 6 month old panther chameleon, we were the last to be seen with a last minute 8 pm appointment but did not feel rushed one bit. Everyone there was so helpful and gave me a great health plan to better my husbandry. Sen was the absolute sweetest, she was so helpful and explained everything in detail!

Everyone is friendly, knowledgable and the office and exams rooms are always very tidy and clean and I feel like my pet is well cared for. I could not pick just one, from the receptionist to the tech to the vet they were all exceptional and friendly. Wait times were good especially for a Saturday and really appreciated the cleanliness of the office and the friendly staff. A+

We brought our older ferret Capri in for a senior wellness exam today, and had some other concerns we wanted to address. Dr. Lewis, and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful! You can truly tell they love, and care for all the animals that they see every day. Dr. Lewis put both my husband, and I's mind at ease about our senior ferret, and was beyond accommodating, and knowledgeable. I highly would recommend bringing any of your exotic pets here!
