This was supposed to be covered by the wellness plan I am senior citizen that’s disabled on a fixed income and it’s not covered as promised and there was a lot of extra expenses. And I am extremely unhappy with the baby treated me and I have no way to get in touch with anybody to discuss terrible terrible customer service and very rude in the office. I wish I had a better choice, but I don’t.

I've been going to the Banfield Camelback location for several years now, since they opened there. I always have a very positive experience with staff and services. Most recently, the front desk staff (named Adrianna and Jordyn) were very busy with multiple phone lines ringing and people walking in. I was very impressed with how professional and courteous they were and how they navigated both walk ins and callers to be as fair as possible in helping everyone. They were outstanding and I told them I was really impressed with their high volume customer service. As always, the clinician who met with me was pleasant, professional and volunteered sound information about my pet, preventive care and services offered. When my dog was taken back to the vet area for service, they finished very quickly, leaving me with hardly a wait time. It was excellent as always and I really wanted to share kudos on line for their consistent excellent pet care and customer service.

My cats have been with Banfield for a while this is a new Banfield it's a cat friendly Banfield and my cat seem to do okay anyone who has this is one to go to
