We love Dr.Martens at Blue Cross Veterinarian Clinic!! She was very knowledgeable about Molly’s ongoing allergy episodes and ear infections. She provided great care and was thorough on the medication to relieve her symptoms. We are thrilled to have found someone who listens and empathizes with us!!

Had a great experience today with Dr. Martens! We have been coming here for over 20 years and with different pets and today we brought our very old boxer in for severe arthritis. She was sympathetic and understanding. We left with a plan to keep her comfortable, but not break the bank. I liked her pragmatic approach. Thank you!!

I recently started using this veterinary practice as a secondary/back-up to my regular veterinarian who is often not readily available when a health issue comes up unexpectedly. Vet appts can be hard to get on a rush basis, so it's good to have a backup practice to go to. I have become extremely dissatisfied. At first I was reasonably satisfied with their services, but my opinion has changed. I recently left a message on their overnight voice mail, asking for a callback the next morning on a medical issue my pet had previously been seen in clinic for. I called back twice same day asking when I would receive a call to answer my questions, as If had no response to my voicemail after lunchtime had passed. Both times front desk assured me Dr WOULD call back before end of business. NO call back from them after 2 days. This is completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable, and I am through chasing them for answers to my questions. Due to their lack of response to my concerns I cannot recommend this practice. Also, I did not find the front office staff to be particularly helpful or friendly. I felt I was getting the "run around", not even sure the actual veterinarian got my messages. Waiting 24+ hours for a callback is completely unacceptable to me. If the vet is seeing patients, they need to do their callbacks after the practice closes at end of day. It's now day three and STILL no callback. I will have to continue my search for a practice that I feel shows more respect and consideration for their clientels concerns and their pets medical issues.
