This is hands down the place to take your pets. I bring both of mine here and the care is consistently exceptional. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and clearly loves animals, and the vets are knowledgeable without ever pushing unnecessary services. What really stands out is how far they go to help. Even when my dogs needed emergency care they couldn’t provide, they took the time to guide me and make sure my pets were taken care of. Brandon Young is an excellent doctor! He's very honest and has always been on time with his appointments. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and his staff has always been very helpful. I highly recommend them for all of your pets needs. We've got three dogs and couldn't be happier with their help in taking care of them.

I want to express my concerns respectfully about my recent experience. I’ve appreciated the care my dog has received, but I left frustrated. We’ve been loyal patients since 2016 with multiple dogs. After one of our dog’s annual exam back in September, I was told future Cytopoint shots would just require paying for the shot, unless, it had been a year since her last exam. We even had a phone call regarding this post last visit to confirm. Yet this visit, I had to pay for another exam only six months later. When I raised the concern, I was told they spoke with the doctor and had suddenly now changed it to every three months for an exam. We’ve always known my dog typically goes longer than three months on her Cytopoint dose. My dog was doing well on her original dose (something the vet even noted) but I was still pushed to increase it over a roughly a one-pound difference. The shot cost also increased, which I understand in today’s world, but it felt like three things—the exam, the dose increase, and the higher shot price… all combined to maximize charges. This has happened multiple times in a row, where each visit feels like the odds are against me financially, no matter how I try to set somewhat of consistent expectations for the cost of my dogs’ ongoing care. I’ve even paid full price for nail trims when only half were done. I hate to sound nitpicky or overly frugal. We are absolutely willing to pay what it takes to properly care for our dogs to the best of our ability. Sadly, with all these things adding up, it’s starting to feel like it’s all about the money at this vet. I even tried to talk with them about this concern, but there was no meaningful resolution. Because of this repeated pattern, I will not be returning. I truly would have appreciated clearer, consistent communication moving forward, but I’ve made my decision. For what it’s worth, the vet techs were always very kind, and that was never a concern.
