East Maryland took incredible care of Skye throughout all of our visits this past year. The vets and vet techs were always kind, friendly, and they always provided us with the best experience possible. Our only negative experience was with the Paw Plan. We were encouraged to sign up because of the benefits it offered, including necessary vaccinations, stool samples, and spay surgery, etc. During the process, we were specifically told that Skye’s spay would be covered, which was the main reason we felt the Paw Plan was worth it. After her surgery, we were surprised by several additional costs that had not been clearly communicated to us and we ultimately received a much higher bill than expected. While we were very happy with the care Skye received, we felt the Paw Plan was not explained enough. If you’re considering signing up, I would strongly recommend asking plenty of questions and getting a clear understanding of exactly what is and isn’t covered. Based on our experience, we would have chosen not to sign up if we could go back.

The office is so friendly and inviting, the techs and vet are always so sweet. My dog doesn’t love getting shots but would highly recommend.
