I've taken my senior cat (Riley, about 16 years old and about to be 17) to them twice. They are so thorough, kind, gentle, and educational! I say educational because they did educate me regarding Riley, cats, meds, affects of medicine etc (which i greatly appreciated). They were very gentle with my 'Brothy Bro' ). Expensive but worth it. They care.

I was asked to stand outside of the building, as I first entered, even though the lobby had empty chairs. When he was taken to the back to get shots, he had an accident. They did not clean him up-they brought him back to the lobby covered in feces. They offered not help to clean him up, nor did they even offer paper towels or wipies. Another patient's owner went to her car tp get some for me, as feces was dripping on the floor. They staff did come back out to get my credit card and signiture. I dropped my card on the way out. I called back, but they said they did not see it. I had just left the building- it had to be there. I will take my pets elsewhere.
