We adopted through the humane society and the 2 kittens came with a free vet visit through one of their providers. VCA was the closest. We were told one thing over the phone and told it would be an out of pocket cost when we got there... Twice (once per each kitten). This last time they told us that we missed it by 2 days. So basically what you're telling us is... YOU BOOKED us for 2 days past your cutoff.... So GIMMY GIMMY! Shameful place.

Expensive, was told over the phone one price. Came in and was given a different price. Higher. I honestly don't recommend it. I had an appointment scheduled earlier in the month. They called and rescheduled almost to the end of the month. Even though my cats shots were due and we had concerns. Overall, it was generally clean. But my cat was sniffing everywhere, and there were ants. Wouldn't have minded the ants, but the bit me.

Anything to nit honor a coupon for adoption, sucks cause I would have probably just stayed with yall for all his needs.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Took my dog in for a normal checkup. They were holding him down so hard, I could hear him screaming in the back with the door closed. They handled him so roughly that they slipped a disc in my dogs neck. I got a second opinion on the injury and that’s what the conclusion was. After that they denied doing anything, wouldn’t let me or a lawyer look at the exam video when he was injured and purposefully blacked out the x rays for the second vet. Do not take your pets there.

No issues, everyone has always been extremely nice. The availability of later afternoon appointment times works great, so I haven't had to take time off work to bring our little guy Muenster there.
