I feel it was absolutely superb!! Excellent!! WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!! can NOT thank VMD Leo Egar enough, you saved our dog Karmas life as well as our bank account!! I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND your office!!!! Literally the epitome and best example of anyone else in the profession! We could never thank you enough!! Bravo, god bless!! What they did the best was BE THE BEST!!!!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the compassion I received from Dr Egar and Alana. 8/20/2026, I decided to move forward with euthanasia for my princess, Elizabeth. It was beyond a tough decision and throughout the entire process, they did not judge me, or say anything disparaging for my choice. Alana was kind enough to sit with me for a large portion of my remaining time with Elizabeth since I was alone. I'm just glad knowing her final moments were surrounded by such kind and caring human beings. Thank you both for tonight. The comfort and compassion I received with the harsh reality of the situation will never be forgotten.

I feel very happy with the care VetMed provided to Dottie. They vets who took care of us were super nice and explained everything in detail to help us understand what they were going to do to help treat Dottie the best they can to help her recover from the a rattlesnake bite. I couldn't be more thankful to everyone who was there on Saturday afternoon and the ones who took care of Dottie during the night for saving my puppy. What they did best was carefully care for my puppy and walk us through a scary time.

My husband and I brought our dog in because he was coughing and throwing up /spitting up almost continuously. The poor thing was worn out. They took him away right away and had him in a room somewhere for the three hours we were there. The hours were spent mostly " negotiating" his treatment. They started with an estimate of $2900. We explained that we had an appointment with our regular vet in the morning and wanted to make him comfortable tonight. They wanted to run two sets of X-rays with multiple views. The first was of his chest to check for pneumonia. This had all just started this morning AND the treatment plan already included an antibiotic. The second set of X-rays were to check for obstruction. Yes, our lab has a history if eating things he shouldn't, but we explained that he was eating and pooping so that didn't seem likely. We sent the liaison back to the vet with a request for the antibiotics and anti-nausea treatment. An hour later she came back with a $600 treatment plan that included what we asked for plus IV fluids. We asked if he was dehydrated and she answered that this is protocol for a dog who has been throwing up. In the end, we took the fluids off and left with our original request and a diagnosis of kennel cough for $490! We will not be returning there!
